Hi, You will be able to get ViewThroughConversions from the Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> or using any of the reports listed under 'viewthroughconversions' in this <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#viewthroughconversions> page. Since you are having data discrepancy on your AdWords web interface, could you please post the question about the discrepancy on the Community forum <https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Google-AdWords/ct-p/Google_AdWords#>? They are better equipped to handle issues related to the web interface.
Additionally, could you also try the Campaign Performance Report from the API including the same fields and confirm if you are seeing data discrepancy between your campaign tab and the API report?
