Hi Nimcy, Make sure that the clientCustomerId request header set when executing the request is for a client account and not an MCC account.
Also, by default, the CampaignService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/CampaignService#get> doesn't include removed campaigns. However, you may filter down the request to show all removed campaigns by adding a predicate <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/CampaignService.Predicate> of REMOVED status <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/CampaignService.Campaign#status> only.
