Hi MG,

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to differentiate between a shared 
set available at the client account level vs the one shared from the 
manager account. As a workaround, you can try retrieving the SharedSetId 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/SharedSetService.SharedSet#sharedSetId>s
 
for all shared sets available at the manager account and then eliminate the 
same IDs from the result retrieved from the API call made at the client 
account level. Please revert if you have additional questions or concerns.
