Hi, Currently, there's no way to directly target your AdWords campaigns to Ad placements created in AdMob nor a way to directly link AdWords campaigns to an AdMob account.
However, you might want to use CampaignCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/CampaignCriterionService> to target Ads in your AdWords campaign to specific mobile devices <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/CampaignCriterionService.MobileDevice> , mobile applications <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/CampaignCriterionService.MobileApplication> or mobile app categories <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201702/CampaignCriterionService.MobileAppCategory> .
