Hi, Once the conversion fields (Conversions <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#conversions> , ConversionTypeName <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#conversiontypename>, etc.) of the Keywords Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report> have generated values, it indicates that the specific keyword's conversions have already been successfully recorded. You may also use the ConversionTypeName <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#conversiontypename> field as predicate if you wish to retrieve the keywords only for that specific conversion.
