Refer to this report definition sample <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting#create_a_report_definition> to see how predicates are defined in the SOAP request.
In addition, you may filter reports by device via the Device field <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#device>.
