Hi,

Thanks for sharing those IDs. I took a look, and unfortunately I couldn't 
find a way to tie specific placements or keywords to the rows with keyword 
ID 30000006.

Stepping back a bit, could you share what you are trying to achieve with 
this report? For example, are you trying to identify keywords you aren't 
currently targeting explicitly, but are being targeted by the Display 
Campaign Optimizer?
