Hi guys, I wonder if anyone has a better answer.
It seems that TargetingIdeaService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/TargetingIdeaService> provide CPC but not the relevance to the query parameter or parameters. SEMrush has a "%related score" in their UI but not in their API.
