Hi, By managing objectives, did you perhaps mean marketing objectives <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6175956?hl=en> instead? If yes then, the campaigns that you create via the AdWords API are by default, "All features" campaigns. In order to apply the marketing objectives for your campaigns, you will need to add the appropriate criterions <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/CampaignCriterionService.Criterion> to target specific campaigns.
