Hi, Including your keyword in double quotation indicates that you want the ' PHRASE' matching option to be enabled for that keyword. Please check here <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2497836?hl=en> for various keyword matching options. If you perform a AdGroupCriterionService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/AdGroupCriterionService#get> and check for the specific keyword, you will see that the MatchType is listed as 'PHRASE'. Ideally, your keyword is either kw or k"w with match type as 'PHRASE'. If you are using Keyword Performance Report to pull the stats, you could include KeywordMatchType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#keywordmatchtype> field in your report. Filtering the report with KeywordMatchType as 'PHRASE' will give you all the keywords which will be displayed within double quotation in the AdWords UI.
