If yes, and you wish to get the statistics for this video campaign, then you can do so via the Campaign Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report> (by using the filter AdvertisingChannelType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/campaign-performance-report#advertisingchanneltype> = VIDEO) or the Video Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/video-performance-report>.
