Hi, Could you check that the SOAP request is formed correctly? The production WSDL for TargetingIdeaService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/TargetingIdeaService> can be found here <https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/o/v201705/TargetingIdeaService?wsdl>. Could you enable logging and provide the complete SOAP request and response logs for this request so I can take a look? Please use *Reply privately to author* when responding.
