Hi RaghuKumar, The CombinedApprovalStatus <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#combinedapprovalstatus> will give you additional values related to the ad review and approval like approval status, approval state and details of any policy restrictions around the approval. You could use this field to get the status. If the Ad is disapproved, you will be able to get the reason in the PolicySummary <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#policysummary> column.
