Hi Kirill, If you specified as request header the clientCustomerId of the AdWords client account associated with te...@gmail.com when executing the ManagedCustomerService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/ManagedCustomerService#get>, then you should be getting, at least, that account from the response.
For us to investigate further, could you provide to us privately (using *reply privately to author* option) the SOAP request and response logs captured when the empty list was returned as well as your AdWords account Ids? If you are using the Python client library <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-python-lib> for integration, then you may enable SOAP logging via this guide <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-python-lib#user-content-how-do-i-log-soap-interactions> .
