Hello, Unfortunately, it is not possible to set dynamic ad settings for the Display network campaign from the AdWords API. You will have to create that using the AdWords UI. Please refer to this guide <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6287125?hl=en&ref_topic=3180758> to create display network campaigns from the AdWords UI.
