Hi Stephanie, Could you check if this UserList is owned by the AdWords account specified in the clientCustomerId header? Could you enable logging <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-python-lib#how-do-i-log-soap-interactions> and provide the SOAP request and response log for this operation?
