Hi Nathan, Thanks for sharing the details. Since the error is occurring before hitting the AdWords API, it might be something to do with the .NET client library. Could you please create an issue in the library's tracker <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-dotnet-lib/issues>? Owner of the client library is better equipped to address this issue.
