Hi, You can use Ad Performance Report to retrieve the CreativeFinalUrls <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#creativefinalurls> , DisplayUrl <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#displayurl> and other URL related fields. You can also use the Final Url Report to get the EffectiveFinalUrl <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/final-url-report#effectivefinalurl> field which provides the effective final URL of the impressions.
