Hi, This feature is not support by AdWords API that the moment. AdWords gives you the option of setting a start and end date <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/java/basic-operations#add-campaigns> on a campaign upon creation. Unfortunately, it doesn't give you the option of specifying a particular time frame. If you want your ads to run at a particular time AdWords gives you the option of setting an adschedule <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/ad-features#code_examples>.
