Hi George, If you wish to terminate the CrmBasedUserList as your NegativeCampaignCriterion <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/CampaignCriterionService.NegativeCampaignCriterion>, then, you may do so by using the CampaignCriterionService.mutate() method. You may refer to the NegativeCampaignCriterion documentation which I have linked for the required fields in order to make a successful REMOVE operation.
