However, looking at your code, it appears already correct since you have specified the Placement <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/AdGroupCriterionService.Placement> criterion as the Criterion <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/AdGroupCriterionService.BiddableAdGroupCriterion#criterion> of the ad group and included a value for the BidModifier <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/AdGroupCriterionService.BiddableAdGroupCriterion#bidmodifier> field. For more information, you may also refer to our bidding <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/bidding> guide and specifically to this section <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/bidding#adding_updating_and_removing_bid_adjustments> for adding bids at the ad group or ad group criterion level.
