With v201710, Campaign level rotation settings for the adServingOptimizationStatus <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/release-notes/v201710?hl=pl#ads_rotation_and_policy> field are made read-only. This field is currently not supported through the reports. You may refer to this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports> for all the supported fields.
