Hi Ravi, You are correct. Currently, for Keywords Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report>, the HourOfDay <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#hourofday> segment is not available, therefore, you cannot filter the report using a specific period of hours during the day. There is also no other alternative fields for this report type that would get the report based on the hours of a day.
