Hi Priya, Could you please clarify if your concern is about audience targeting or Custom affinity audience targeting? If your concern is about targeting ads by custom affinity audience interests, you can target Interest categories by adding a CriterionUserInterest <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/CampaignCriterionService.CriterionUserInterest> criteria. You will need to use a fixed set of user interest category IDs <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/codes-formats#affinity-categories> (In-market <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/in-market-categories> | Affinity <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/affinity-categories>). Please note Custom affinity audience is not yet supported in AdWords API services. You can use CRITERIA_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report#criteriatype> to retrieve Custom affinity audiences.
