Hi Oksana, They are the custom intent audiences which were recently rolled out in AdWords. Please check this <https://adwords.googleblog.com/2017/11/new-adwords-innovations.html> blog for more details. They are not supported in AdWords API services yet. You will have to check the new AdWords UI to get the specific details of these criterion. Please keep an eye on our blog <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/search/label/adwords_api> for updates on upcoming releases.
