Hi, The DEVELOPER_TOKEN_NOT_APPROVED <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors#QuotaCheckError.DEVELOPER_TOKEN_NOT_APPROVED> error occurs when you are making an API call on a production account using a developer token that has Test access. You will need at least Basic Access <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/access-levels#basic_access> to make API calls on your production account. If you haven't applied for Basic access, you can do so by filling out this form <https://services.google.com/fb/forms/apicontact/>.
