Hi Nima, Could you double check if the *xsi_type* of the criterion is set in your code? If yes, could you enable logging and share the complete SOAP logs? Please make sure to redact all the sensitive information in your logs. If you need instructions to enable logging, please check the README file of the client library <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries> that you are using.
