Hi Asad, The Ad Extensions tab metrics in the UI can be retrieved using the Placeholder Feed Item Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#placeholder-feed-item> and Placeholder Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#placeholder> in the API. You could use the PlaceholderType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report#placeholdertype> and ExtensionPlaceholderType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-report#extensionplaceholdertype> fields which can be filtered by the Placeholder Type ID <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/placeholders> to get the extension type as in the UI. It is currently not possible to retrieve the Extension name through the API using these report types. You could use the FeedService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/FeedService.Feed#name> to get the Extension name using the API services.
