Hi, You may follow this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/first-api-call#create_test_accounts> on how to create a test MCC account and test client account. Take note that you must use different email to create a test account <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/accounts-overview#getting_started_with_test_accounts>.
