Hi everyone, I was wondering if it is possible to increase the max CPC bid on a keyword level using a batch process without first retrieving the keywords (so without requesting the AdGroupCriterion object for these keywords). For instance: I would like to be able to increase the Max CPC bids for all keywords in a specific Campaign (on a keyword level) with 20%. However I would like to avoid requesting all the AdGroupCriterion because this campaign might contain > 1million keywords.
