Hello, I'm wondering if FeedItemAdGroupTarget can be used to target multiple ad groups per feed item. I.e., I have a feed item that I want multiple ad groups to use. The documentation seems to imply this is possible:

However when actually attempting to set this up I get a FeedItemTargetError.TARGET_LIMIT_EXCEEDED_FOR_GIVEN_TYPE error. So I'm assuming this is not possible, but I cannot find a definitive answer in the documentation and any additional clarity would be most helpful.
