Hi John,

When using AWQL you can just directly use the " = " operator. For more 
information regarding constructing AWQL queries for both services and 
reports, you may refer to this guide 
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/awql>. 

You may also send to me the complete SOAP request and response log or code 
snippet via *Reply privately to author* option showing how you are using 
the equals or equalsTo operator so I can further check.
