Hello Tim, You can use CLICK_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/click-performance-report> to get all the clicks your are getting on your ad's, from those you can filter out Click type "Phone calls" and filter Device as "Mobile devices with full browsers" to get only clicks relevant to phone call via mobile devices. Also you can get call metrics for the call only ads and call extension from CALL_METRICS_CALL_DETAILS_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/call-metrics-call-details-report>.
