To get the conversion id and conversion name using the AdWords API Services, you could use ConversionTrackerService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/ConversionTrackerService#get> and look for the attributes Id <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/ConversionTrackerService.ConversionTracker#id> and name <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/ConversionTrackerService.ConversionTracker#name>. We don't have a sample for this specific scenario. However our code samples in various languages can be found here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries>.
