Hi Martin, Based on the scenarios that you discussed, the ad params <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/ad-customizers#ad_parameters> should have been applied to your ads as there were no errors being generated on your end when you created the ad params. So I can further investigate this, can you provide to me your SOAP request and response logs when you created the ad params or the SOAP logs that shows these ad params? Also, can you provide a screenshot that shows that the ad parameters are not visible in your ad? Kindly use the *Reply privately to author* option.
