Hello, The TargetingIdeaService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/TargetingIdeaService> in the API is analogous to first part of the Keyword Planner tool in the API. While trying to get the new keyword ideas <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/targeting-idea-service#retrieving_keyword_ideas> using the service, you will not be able to get the search volume broken down by a device. You can see that the keyword planner tool also doesn't support this for new keyword ideas. However, if you are trying to get the stats at a device level for your historical keywords which correspond to "Plan your budget and get forecasts" section of the Keyword Planner tool, you can use the TrafficEstimatorService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/TrafficEstimatorService> instead.
