Could you confirm if your questions are about this API? If so, you could use the help icon in the AdWords web interface to reach the correct support team. If your questions are about the AdWords API, could you please share the SOAP logs for your API operation? If you are using one of our client libraries <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries>, then the README.md file contains the instructions on how to capture the AdWords API logs.
