Hi Ozgur, Video campaigns are not supported via the API services <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/campaigns-overview#differences_from_the_adwords_ui> but are supported in reports. Therefore, you will not be able to fetch or update Video campaigns via the API. Usually, the error MUTATE_ACTION_NOT_ <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors> PERMITTED_FOR_CLIENT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors> is thrown when attempting to modify a campaign that was created using the AdWords Express <https://support.google.com/adwords/express/answer/1040967>. In order to troubleshoot further, could you please reply back with your client customer id and complete SOAP logs?
