I'm trying to start working with adwords api, I created the adwords identifier and OAuth2 keys by the instruction, I try to get a token through GetRefreshToken by clicking on the link https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/auth?access_type=offline&client_id=***.apps.googleusercontent.com&redirect_uri=urn:ietf:wg:oauth:2.0:oob&response_type=code&scope=https://www. googleapis.com/auth/adwords And I get the error:
403. That's an error.
