Then, you could use TargettingIdeaService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/TargetingIdeaService#get> to generate new keyword ideas based on the parameters specified in the selector. Please see the TargetingIdeaSelector <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/TargetingIdeaService.TargetingIdeaSelector.html> documentation for more details. You could use Languages field of the LanguageSearchParameter <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/TargetingIdeaService.LanguageSearchParameter#languages> to target multiple languages to fetch keyword IDEAS for the set targeting options.
