Hi, It seems like the error is with the platform from where you were calling the AdWords API. Could you please confirm if you are performing a Resumable Upload Could <https://cloud.google.com/storage/docs/json_api/v1/how-tos/resumable-upload> via Google Cloud? If yes, I found this post <https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/google-cloud-node/issues/1976> about the error that might be helpful for you.
