Hello Mahir, Unfortunately, we have no service to activate a canceled account via API. You have to activate the account manually by following the steps shown in this guide <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2375392?hl=en&co=ADWORDS.IsAWNCustomer%3Dtrue&oco=0>. Note that any ads or campaigns that you left active will begin running again after reactivation. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
