The quality score is tied to the keyword and ideally not specific to the platform. Please check here <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/140351?hl=en> for more details. While running the <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report>*Keywords Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report> *using the API even if you segment by *Device <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#device>*, you will get the same quality score for all the devices.
