Hi, Could you confirm if you are using the AdWords API <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/start> or AdWords Scripts <https://developers.google.com/adwords/scripts/>? In the AdWords API, the BudgetOrderService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/BudgetOrderService> is the service available that manages budget order of accounts. This enables approved manager accounts to programmatically create account-level budgets for the client accounts they manage on consolidated billing <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2375371>. This lets client accounts charge spend to a manager's billing account. You can read more about this and see code samples in this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/budget-order>. Do take note that payment features are not supported in the API.
