Hello, You will be able to use MobileDevice <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/CampaignCriterionService.MobileDevice> , Platform <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/CampaignCriterionService.Platform> and WebPage <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/CampaignCriterionService.Webpage> criterion for targeting mobile/tablet devices on different platforms and webpages of the advertiser. If your looking for the specific drop-down values, they are currently not supported through the API. Please refer to the PHP code sample <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/python/targeting#add-targeting-criteria-to-a-campaign> on how to add targeting criteria to the campaign as a reference.
