Hi, To create Customer Match with phone number <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#customer_match_with_phone_number> you could still refer to this sample code <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/java/remarketing#create-and-populate-a-user-list> on creating customer match with email address. You could just change the object email address to phone number instead. Also, you may take note of the format of the phone number based on the guide.
