Hi Jared, The Video campaign management is currently not yet supported in the Google Ads API (Beta) <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/start>. I cannot tell on if and when this feature will be supported in the API. For the meantime, you may keep an eye on our blog post <https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/search/label/adwords_api> for any updates regarding this.
