Could you please confirm if you are using Mobile Apps Conversion Tracking and Remarketing API <https://developers.google.com/app-conversion-tracking/api/>? If yes, the best way to reach them is to use the Help button within the AdWords UI to call or email AdWords support. If you are using AdWords API and facing this issue, please share the MCC ID for which you have applied for developer token and complete SOAP logs (request and response) without redacting any information. Please use *Reply privately to author *option while sharing.
