Hello Ankit, If you are looking to get disapproved reason for extensions, then CustomerExtensionSettingService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/CustomerExtensionSettingService> can be used to retrieve the DisapprovalReason <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/CampaignExtensionSettingService.DisapprovalReason> of the Sitelink feeds. Through the API reports, you can get the approval status of your Ad by using CombinedApprovalStatus <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#combinedapprovalstatus> field of the Ad Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report> but not the disapproved reason. Could you please elaborate you concern and share a screenshot of the UI, so I can check if it is possible through the API?
