Hi Oliver, Thank you for providing additional information. However, I could not proceed with the investigation without having your SOAP logs. Could you tell which client library <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries> you are using so I could provide you information on how to enable the logs? I was able to test on my end using similar scenario that you provided and I was able to retrieve the two labels of my sub MCC account.
